Our Virtual Training Program

Our ITZ Virtual Training for Field Hockey Players or Goalkeepers will provide you with a monthly program and a progressive process that will give you that extra edge you have needed to move your skill execution and fundamentals forward.

This is a rare opportunity for you to focus on your own development and progress at your own pace and at any time that works for you. As your virtual coaches we provide the framework and through the interactive True Coach App we will have the ability to offer feedback and skill correction from videos that you post back to us. The best time to engage in this program is usually in the late Spring or Summer or over the winter if you have access to an appropriate space, surface or facility.


Details

Monthly Training Program consists of FH + Fitness components; you will receive 3 workouts p/week that can be completed at your convenience, each workout will take approximately 45min-1hour.


Equipment

Stick, Field hockey ball and a flat surface approx. 20X20. Not Necessary but is helpful if there is a place or person to pass into, a board to pass ball off of (4"X6"X 4ft-Home Depot can cut an 8ft board into 2) or a Tire is helpful to use for first touch.Initial consults and walk-through to ensure all necessary steps are being take


Cost

$75.00 p/ household p/month. (therefore siblings will only need to pay 1 fee, but can provide us multiple email addresses where we can send the link to access the workouts



True Coach

This application allows for tons of interaction and feedback. You will be able to message us using the app, to ask questions or provide feedback about the workout; you can video tape yourself doing the exercises and send those to us using the app so that we can provide feedback…the possibilities are endless. The athletes we have coached through the first month have provided really positive feedback about the interactive nature of the app.

 We are really hopeful this platform will provide you the structure you need to continue to develop and push yourselves as you have been doing.
